Founder

Sabrina Xiaorui Wu

Sabrina is a golfer based in Massachusetts who has been playing for 8 years. She loves how golf helps to strengthen her mental game, especially when it comes to handling pressure and overcoming adversity. She also deeply values the people she has met through golf and the friendships she has formed along the way. Her favorite golf memory is the first time she caddied for her sister.

Sabrina founded SHEGOLF to help amplify the voices of female golfers of all levels and ages. Through this platform, she aims to provide female golfers with an opportunity to share their golfing experiences and perspectives on the sport, as well as to recognize those who have supported them on their journeys.

Head of Social Media Communications

Yilei Cheng

Yilei is a golfer based in Indiana who has been playing for 5 years. What she loves most about this sport is that it is constantly pushing her to become a better version of herself. From patience and composure to critical thinking, golf has taught her numerous skills useful not only on the course, but also in real life. Her favorite memory of golf is the time it poured down rain at a tournament, and she got to see the shocked faces of her dance teammates when she went to practice right after the tournament.

Through SHEGOLF, Yilei hopes to empower girls in this sport by sharing their voices as well as building a community of female golfers that share a love for what they do.

Head of BC Chapter of SHEGOLF

Grace Guan

Grace is a golfer based in Vancouver, British Columbia, who has been playing golf for 8 years. She loves the competitiveness of the sport and the challenge of performing in high-pressure situations, where staying focused and trusting herself can make all the difference. Beyond competition, Grace values the many lessons golf has taught her, especially the importance of perseverance, resilience, and continuing to push forward even when things don’t go as planned. One of her favourite golf memories is making her first eagle when she was 9.

Through SHEGOLF, Grace hopes to inspire other female golfers to pursue their goals, embrace challenges, and find confidence both on and off the course. She hopes to contribute to a community where girls and women can share their experiences in athletics, support one another, and feel encouraged to continue growing through the sport.
