Mission Statement
Welcome to SHEGOLF: Spotlighting the Voices of Women Golfers! This blog is a place where women golfers can freely share their own voices and their own experiences, and is also place where female golfers can learn from and relate to one another through the stories they share.
In a male-dominated sport, experiences, perspectives, and voices of female golfers are often overlooked. This blog collects stories and comments that shed light on the female golfer's experience. This isn't something that can be seen on the news, or something that can be read about in golf magazines. This is a blog with real-life stories about female golfers who strive for success in this sport and have persevered through highs and lows. While you may have seen them play or read about their successes, their tournament results, their golf statistics, and their rankings, you haven't heard their stories...until now.
